>Mario Sunshine was worse than Mario 64
>WW and TP were worse than OOT and MM
>Double Dash was worse than Kart 64
>Jungle Beat was worse than DK64
>Kirby Air Ride was worse than Kirby 64
>Pokemon games were worse
>Star Fox Adventures and Assault were worse than Star Fox 64
>Wave Race Blue Storm was worse than 64
And so on, why were the GCN titles so shit? The only ones that improved were F-Zero, Smash and Paper Mario.
Why were GameCube sequels much worse than their N64 predecessors?

>Paper Mario.
no
Kirby Air Ride was not a sequel to Kirby 64.
Why Zoomer?
>Melee worse than 64
I agree
It was the Kirby game for the console, ergo, the follow-up to the previous Kirby console game.
It was shit, you got from platformer, to racing, trash.
By your logic, Mario Sunshine was a Dr. Mario 64 sequel.
Dr Mario had a Gamecube game
A bunch of these games are not comparable.
>comparing Jungle Beat to DK64
>comparing a fucking racing game to a 2.5D Platformer
>the Pokemon games aren't even main series
Also Jungle Beat is better than DK64 if only because you don't have to switch kongs every 5 minutes to get bananas. Double Dash is also very debatable.
Not him and I agree with you that TTYD is better but why the fuck are you calling him a Zoomer if he prefers the N64 one over the more recent one, dumbass
Kirby was planned to. It got delayed and reworked for the Wii. Everyone knows this.
Too bad, could have been great, but Air Ride was a disappointment compared to Crystal Shards
>comparing different genres
truly retarded
zoomer is the new fag, along with tranny
Air Ride isn't supposed to be compared to Crystal Shards. It's supposed to be compared to the cancelled Kirby's Air Ride for the N64.
>zoomer is the new fag, along with tranny
At least you can use it in the right context goddamn it.
Bunch of gimmicks like two characters riding on the same kart, fludd and sailing.
The starfox comparison is a bit unfair since they were making a completely new ip/game and then had to reskin it starfox.
faggot is eternal, faggot
WW was better than OOT
Kek TTYD was awful. Double dash is better than 64.
Fuck off zoomer
>Jungle Beat was worse than DK64
In what fucking universe
The original Paper Mario is objectively better in almost every way than Thousand Year Door.
Same thing happened with the Wii U, with a few exceptions.
>>Double Dash was worse than Kart 64
>>Pokemon games were worse
incorrect
rest is true though
The jump physics are so stiff, especially in battle. You practically have to press A a half-second before Mario actually lands on the enemy.
ITT: assblasted cubies
Zelda, Mario and Starfox series had exceptional games on N64. Those games are better than 99.99% of games ever produced, not only better than their sequels.
That said, it is not true at all that all the sequels on GC are worst. Mario Kart and Paper Mario are even, Smash and F-Zero are better on GC... There is not a fixed rule.
Double Dash is shit, the special items makes it really unbalanced and the tracks weren't as good
Rushed because of PS2.
Even F-Zero is debatable though
I don’t know. I just know Yoshi added a sick beat I always need to hear when replaying sunshine
youtu.be
Zoomer has lost it meaning nowadays. Instead of originally calling out faggots who only like new shit and never old shit
Now it's simply "Oh you don't like this specific old game because you like the sequel or upgraded version? You're a zoomer".
>Inb4 retarded insult
>Inb4 wojak
>inb4 some projection of a guy looking sideways with no chin
>inb4 some projection of a kid looking at the laptop
When I say that DD and 64 are even I don't mean that DD is great, but that 64 is nothing special.
How were the Pokemon games worse than the Stadium games? Stadium is a respectable game and all but the shadow games have actual singleplayers to them with their own mechanics and unique double battle only format, then they have their own battle sim where you can transfer in your own pokemon just like Stadium. The only thing it's missing is the minigames, though I know at least >XD has those bingo battles.
Also, Kirby Air Ride is the only Kirby game I actually like since it's just yet another 2D platformer otherwise, a genre that Nintendo has like 5 series of. So tired of 2D platformers.
>sunshine was worse than mario 64
No
Not just the Stadium games, N64 also had Snap and Puzzle League, both of which are regarded as some of the best spin-off games in the series, GCN had shit like Pokemon Channel and Pokemon Box.
And yes, Stadium was better, the music was fucking amazing and mini-games were great.
Lol, ok faggot
Gamecube in general was a huge dissapointment, fuck the zoomer nostalgia
Was it better or worse than Wii?
