It's so pathetic it's not even funny. Witcher 3 free DLCs were literally awful non canonical outfits for Yenn and Triss, a quest about some gold pig or something and a shitty armor Geralt would NEVER use.
How tf do people praise those "free dlcs"? Dragon age inquisition gave for free the Black Emporium which lets you customize your appearance whenever you want, buy lots of materials, powerful items, etc.

Almost all games have paid ending DLCs though? Dragon age Origins has Witch Hunt which is the end of the game if you romanced Morrigan, DA2 had Corypheous fight, DA inquisition had Trespasser, Witcher 3 had blood and wine which shows the cottage Geralt and Yen live after the ending, etc et
