Probably Galaxy. Sunshine is just really aggravating, and a toaster can run 64.

Galaxy 1+2 without the waggle would be nice, Sunshine is perfectly emulatable on anything more powerful than a pocket calculator, 64 is on every device known to man, 3D world was fun but too new to matter.

I would say Sunshine. Sunshine never gotten a rerelease and seems forgotten by Nintendo.
Galaxy got rerelease and 3D World isn't difficult to find a physical copy to play(Also it's still on the Wii U Eshop).
Super Mario 64 is easy to play on anything and even gotten a PC port.

3D World is the most mediocre game of the bunch but it's the most logical choice since it's trapped on the Wii U. Galaxy and Sunshine both run better on Dolphin than their native hardware and Mario 64 has an actual port.

3D World with online would be the most fun, there are a ton of ways to play 64, Sunshine sucks and I like Galaxy but I can live without it.
