We know low chaos endings are canon so here my idea for dishonered 3. You play as human Outsider. The plot could be some cult trying to make another outsider like what happened to him. Bring back the old voice actor though.

Dishonored originally was never planned to have a sequel hence its ending.

What was the game they showed off a few years back, where they were walking through a fancy manor, but could travel through portals to a version where the manor was decrepit?

Dishonored without The Outsider to me is just not Dishonored at all. The whole point of Dishonored was to have this mysterious deity watch over the various people he bestowed his gift upon as he wanted to see what people would do if they were granted his power. How if the choice was in their hands would they leave their mark on the world around them? Would they allow the streets of a city rife with greed and corruption like Dunwall to become drenched with blood and eat itself from the inside out with the plague which now manifested every street corner and back alleyway? Or would they tip the sands of faith to allow for a small group of citizens who saw past the corruption and wanted to put an end to the turmoil in Dunwall?

They should have just kept The Outsider as this mysterious deity whose motives were always unknow. That is, if he even had motives, to begin with, and just wasn't bored out of his head and wanted to see what humans would do.

Is that just one mission, or is it a mechanic you can use for the whole game?

Then they took charcters from first game and villain from DLC

Have these devs ever made a good game? I played Dishonored, Prey and Dark Messiah and they all feel like medicore, B tier games that have a few good ideas but can never really wrap it in a good package.

Corvo is probably better but Emily is more enjoyable playing that way.
