Ya know, having to shoot through a gauntlet of armed & armored corrupt Brazilian cops at an airport terminal (with, as that screenshot shows, a contrast of cool and warm colors, and of nature with modern tech, and the building's order and cleanliness with Max's gritty violence) would have been a great way to end the game, but it was undermined by having the actual last stage being a goofy "let's blow up cars and helicopters with a grenade launcher" on-rails chase.
