I remember in the lost and the dammned when playing as Johnny during the museum mission, and you can hear Niko yelling, "PUSH ME," and, "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMOTHERFUCKER," and then when you go down to the bottom level Johnny says something along the lines of, "woah, do not mess with that slav."

As in just the characters from 5 or all of the protags? If it's the latter, CJ and Luis could take him. His big claim to fame is that he was a tough Bayard when he was in the military, but the game is taking place several years and a couple dozen pounds later. He's simply not in his prime by that point.

There's no guarantee Luis even saw combat, Niko is the only protagonist to canonically see actual bullets-over-your-head-and-piss-in-your-pants war. He even has a bunch of fucking krav maga moves/animations for melee that Luis and Johnny don't use. I'd give it to Niko over the other IV protags but it gets spotty with the earlier games/V because those guys are all cartoonishly overpowered so you can't really compare them to a more grounded protag like Niko.

Yes, by a long shot. V's is cartoonishly silly which has its own appeal but basing it purely on the quality of the writing/plot, IV's blows almost all of the others out of the water. SA and VC are good too.

they would all lose to my boy. Pull a gun? He's got Firearm Flip. Start shooting at him from a helicopter? Wouldn't be the first time someone has tried. 1 on 1 fist fight? You're going to get tiger dropped. Pull up in a tank? Better be prepared for a QTE in which he crushes the barrel with his bare hands. Try to run away like a little bitch? He's already behind you with a shoulder tackle.

But honestly though, the only that I think actually stands a chance is CJ (fucker has raided military installations).
But then again, CJ did raid installations filled with personal with no military experience, while Niko has actually served in combat (the Yugoslav war) and technically had the biggest body count in the series. Despite being slower, his fighting style is cleaner and more trained.
Still a difficult match to figure out though.
