Fuck you faggot. It was the tediousness that was the shit part. nobody said it was hard, just a severe pain in the ass. sit for 20 some minutes and press x when the screen flashes white. you fuck up and its start over. plus if you pause you are very likely to fuck up the next flash anyway.

most people didnt even know it was in the game, who would know that there are chests in a FF game you arent allowed to open? it breaks tradition and punishes you for not using a guide. I second the shooting part

Flan minigames are fun, Frozen minigame is fairly quick with a guide and the crystals are easy to grind in Corona. I did it in like an hour between finishing that up and lucky emblem cleanup.

I feel like a lot of pre-TZA was made with the express goal of selling guides along side the game.

Or the whole there’s a less than 1% chance the spear will spawn in a chest in the hardest most hidden dungeon in the game

It's not that hard to get and it's really cool to use, as well as one of the coolest looking Ultima Weapons in the series. But it's also OP as shit which is both a point for and against it.

My friend got me the ultima weapon in KH2 because I was too much of a scrub and loser to get it myself.

There's a minimum of 1 second between strikes, and you just spin in a circle around the pits where lightning strikes literally every single time you enter the pit at the same exact point.

What the fuck? That's disgusting. That age is no excuse and if anything makes it far worse. Not only is KH2 like the easiest Ultima Weapon to get, but that means you were on vanilla, so the game itself was extremely easy too.

TZA may have changed the Zodiac Spear bullshit as part of the overall effort to make the game piss easy, but it also put in some even more obtuse shit like an invisible weapon that is even stronger and has an 1/10000 chance to spawn in an extremely random location.

Anyone who says KH3 Ultima Weapon is overpowered is just a casual who hasn't played the DLC and doesn't play on critical.

Ultima Weapon is just a little better than Oathkeeper and Oblivion, and still barely enough to get by with against the data bosses unless you level grind to max like, again, a casual.
