Autists love their raiding/M+ simulator even though its the same fucking "spread-stack-soak-tether-AoE taunt swap-interrupt rotation" repetitive boss design with "arbitrary rotation-procs on top of procs-30 CDs-fuck class/spec fantasy" shitty gameplay.

this, i tried getting back in at BFA as someone who's played from late vanilla to early Cata and could not figure out what the fuck was happening with any aspect of the game. Everything is simultaneously streamlined yet overly designed rng. Personal loot is also aids, rewards don't feel good at all.

Imagine actually logging in multiple days for 3-4 days doing nothing but pressing same shit buttons on same shit dragon and expecting that maybe this time the few brainlets that hold u back are gonna do everything correctly.

I played BFA after not playing since BC. It's not rhat bad, but the systems they have in place are kind of garbage. PvP felt pretty good, but the Heart of Azeroth got annoying quick and made rerolling a bitch. Highest M+ I did was was a +14 and it was challenging yah, but in the "artificial difficulty" way. Gearing with PvP was awful though. BGs felt pointless in terms of rewards.

It's fun and it's comfy, yes I'm the absolute mount-collecting, solo-playing asshole that WoW classic faggots hate and I've been playing on and off since launch (although I stopped playing for like 6 years at one point) and always come back for every new expansion and significant patch. BFA was significantly worse than Legion though, that's for sure.

Metzen was just as much of a simp for Thrall as Ian is for Sylvanas, if not more.

a mediocre game I come back every few months and play for a few weeks.

It's never going to be as good as it was, and I'm never going to recapture the magic, but it's fun for a little bit every now and then

Wod was good. you still had vendors. Legion fucked it with borrowed powers . and bfa put the nail in the coffin with extreme borrowed powers that deal 90% of your actual damage in pvp, and the need to PVE to be even slightly average in pvp
