Tenkaichi is overrated as fuck. DBFZ gave me what I wanted for years: Mahvel with Dragon Ball characters.
If you don't like it, then just stick to Xenoverse 2. That's basically the spiritual successor to BT3.

Not sure if this is bait, but it's a game done by a different developer. Of fucking course it's not going to be the same. Also, I'd call the Budokai Tenkaichi games way more generic, since they just float along in the vast ocean of anime arena fighters. At least DBFZ stands out due to its art style and the fact that it's a 2D fighter for once.
