This game is underrated af. Even solo. It's super-immersive and clearing a base without being noticed makes you feel badass

Also the driving isn't great but it isn't as terrible as it's made out to be.

Great game, but the constant chatter destroys immersion

Shouldn't you be running damage control for all those sexual assault allegations mr ubisoft?

As an open world military operations game, it's 20 times better than what MGSV tried to do. If only stealth was good, then this would simply a perfect game. But it's better than V for sure.

This game is dogshit, even in co-op

I don't follow vidya news. Didn't know about this

Shitballs

I've never played a game that had nothing fun about it until I played this piece of shit. There is nothing redeeming at all in the entire game.

What are your gripes? I think it's addictive af, but I'm aware of it's numerous problems?

I really wanna check it out one day.

I loved the game it's just a too grindy and if you turn off the HUD for immersion it's impossible to find objectives

It's boring and ultra repetitive, even for an Ubi game. The drones constantly forcing you to lay out on the ground every three minutes, the stealth, the driving.

It's ok with friends. When you've played for 20 minutes you've seen everything the game has to offer since that's pretty much you're gonna be doing for the next 30+ hours.

its a 40 hour game, with a 10 minute gameplay loop

Breakpoint did this much better. Every mission has its target objective and location exactly listed in the description and if you listen to the dialogue in the cut scene, the NPC clearly states where you have to go with cardinal directions and nearby landmarks.

This. It's fun to fuck around with some friends (the bugs helped, desu. Not gamebreaking but pretty constant and goofy) but it's not really worth playing or getting off a big sale. Very generic.

I'm downloading the 5 hour trial right now to try it out
If I like slow paced tactical games, will I enjoy this?

>make open world game
>missions mostly happens in a small closed complex
>can't break in through fences
>SAMs just keep respawning if you walk away like 10 feet away
Honestly it wasn't a horrible game. I just end up finding the open world to be pointless and dull. It adds nothing to the series, Just make a new title.

I'll agree it can be repetitive in some ways, though you can approach objectives in different ways. Shooting is solid and punchy-sounding. That's enough for me to enjoy it, but those are totally valid complaints

that predator mission they had in the game was pretty cool

You can tackle it at a slow pace. It's an effective way to handle enemy bases and whatnot. When things go south and you are detected it's fun to try and salvage the mission. Call in mortar strikes, rebel backup, etc. Turn off hud for max immersion

Breakpoint actually ended up better than the first one, you can play it entirely with no HUD.

The point of the mission objectives is to get you to clear bases leading to that objective, like the mission itself is an afterthought. I don't particularly mind that

Go fuck yourself, Ubishit shill.
No, it has bullshit "RPG elements" in it. It's the same exact shit as every other fucking piece of garbage Ubishit shoves out of their ass.

Shame about the sequel.

How did they fuck this up so badly?

also combat isnt limited to just mission areas, you end up fighting everywhere.

Why am I not surprised that a board than now en large sucks the cock of TLOU2 and Ghost of Tsushima now genuinely fucking praises this insane festival of mediocrity?

It's amazing how fast this board is becoming literally the absolute opposite of everything it once was.
People will fucking start praising EA in half a year now, mark my fucking words.

>online-only elements
>RPG elements
>loot shooter elements
If they just copy pasted Wildlands gameplay loop over and spent more time on everything else, it would've done fine

>People will fucking start praising EA in half a year now, mark my fucking words.
Haven't they already with Star Wars: Dark Souls edition? and for returning to Steam?

>any opinion i don't like means op is a shill

Board culture is cancer, hivemind

It’s best played with a friend or two so that you get rid of the faggy AI companions. Then you need to turn the difficulty all the way up and assign each player a role for immersion.

it's ubishit and not ghost recon
why would anyone with a brain care about it

I wanna try it even though it looks like a major downgrade, specifically in animation and the world itself. Its cheap now though
