They should be apologizing to me. That being said, when you do actually get to play as Batman the game is pretty fun. The combat is the best its ever been, and switching between Batman and Nigthwing/Robin/Catwoman in the middle of a fight was awesome.

by playing any of the arkham games you can already just feel that shit wouldn't work in co op due to how fast and powerful you are. It would be like having 2 batmans just mowing down enemies and at that point it would just feel like a mousou with a combo counter

I hate that people keep comparing the AC Freeze battle to the one in GK as if to prove that the Arkham series had better bosses when he was the exception, not the rule.
90% of the bosses in Arkham are evades, counters and quick batarangs. The brief clip of the Freeze battle had more attacks than most of the bosses in the Arkham series
I also like that there's now a dedicated short dodge as opposed to a huge ass evade. They still need to lose the numbers shit and the option to disable resources falling out of enemies
What I do wanna know is if there'll be character switching or if your stuck playing as the character you chose at the start.

I thought it was gonna be the "Vergil" moment were you'd be hunting one another in the shadows as it develops towards a fist fight when the reality is all you do is grapple strike and counter.

Arkham Knight's main villain was Scarecrow who takes a back seat because Batman and people are infected by the joker virus so you have to see hallucinations of and find a way to not become..........THE JOKER
Arkham series is massive overrated and the fact that within FOUR games they couldn't think of a single other of Batmans many many villains shoes how creatively retarded they all are. The joker is already a vastly overrated and overexposed villain to jack him off with 4 full games dedicated to him as well made no fucking sense.

The story would have been a lot better if they just told you Red Hood was the Arkham Knight from the get-go. The "twist" was so fucking obvious that it took down the rest of the story with it.

I agree with your points but you have to remember that the Arkham series was about Batman and Joker. I honestly though Batman being the new Joker was cool, and it should have been expired a bit more but I was satisfied with what I got because at the end of the day, the game was some of the most fun I've ever had with games. City and Asylum had cool stories but the gameplay was so bad at time that Knight could have done anything with the story and it would still be better just because it's more enjoyable to play.
