What usually happens is that some guild leader in the group is a thirsty beta and sees his chance. This is what kills this shit. I was in the top RVR/PVP guild in WAR back when that alive (yes, I know about the unofficial servers, no I don't care) and this is what happened. The guild thankfully was structured around there being three people in charge, but he was the founder and this presented some difficulty but we eventually got rid of him because he nearly destroyed the group.

Again, we were the top RVR/PVP guild. We had basically every world first in the game. The guy who founded the guild just got extremely lucky because he convinced several unhappy groups in much larger orgs to quit and join him, and we were put into a bad situation due to Guild Ranking conferring actual bonuses in RVR. Thus, starting over was seen as a last ditch measure due to the amount of time we'd have to waste grinding. He was a fuck head. The other two guys in charge were a doctor and an engineer, things were much better after the fucking retard gymcel was kicked out.

I don't blame him at all, I would've done the same. Fuck all that.

The problem lies with both parties. Men are pathetic for simping, but the women who encourage it and don't stamp it out right away are equally at fault. I've actually gotten mad and argued with female friends about how they're enabling orbiters, and they try acting like the orbiter wasn't serious in all of what they were saying.
Honestly nothing is more annoying that joining a game with a girl in it and having her orbit squad be her personal defense force if anyone dare makes a joke about her or tells her how to improve her playstyle

luckily it never got to that point in my groups, either we had girls and they were alright, or they just got kicked if they became too annoying. it never became so problematic that the entire group fell apart.
