Girls' Frontline is 2D auto play chibishit so it doesn't require too much of your attention span. A lot of it is just grinding in real time with auto battles and such
Bang Dream is a rhythm game, there's hundreds of songs and they're all like a minute and a half long so it's a good game to play if you need like a five minute break to give your head a rest

Honkai Impact is a 3D beat em up game with heavy gacha mechanics. The gameplay is simply the best of all gachas but it puts a lot of stress on your phone and you actually need to sit down and play it to get the most out of it, at least one hour a day. On the upside though, there’s less girls than in other gachas like FGO or GFL so the characters feel more personalized and deep as opposed to the other games where the devs spread themselves too thin and end up with a cast of 400 girls each of whom can be summed up with one or two generic anime catchphrases

The other favorites are GFL and FGO. Both games are pretty stingy with drops
Girls are all on par with each other, though in my subjective opinion Prinz Eugen is the best girl out of all the games I've mentioned. Though I do like the UMP sisters.
