is this really a professional company's launcher?
or is this a cracked warez version?
this shit looks so bad wtf
It's called the Chunsoft special
game so good it dont even matter
Didn't expect VLR to get such a clear and incontestable lead.
Can anyone who's voted give its opinion about what they prefered in VLR? Was it because the original 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors was missing VA and the now iconic Uchikoshi flowchart?
t.9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors fanboy
999 has best art and I love that it's all still images and the series shouldn't have transitioned into 3D, but once I got into VLR and got over the 3D shit, it was a wild ride and I loved every twist and turn completely. 999 isn't bad at all and I love it, but VLR is just better.
it's just a launcher man goddamn
999 best twist and climax
VLR best ride
ZTD best memes
Can't prove me wrong.
Nah prefer no VA honestly, The flowchart was significantly better but I think it comes down to better alternate endings in VLR where as the endings in 999 were mostly just junpei got stabbed and things like that.
999 because the English VA in the Nonary Games edition is phenomenal.
But without the addition of ZTD(curse be upon him) the endings of VLR are kinda abrupts even with the non-canon one unlocked.
While 9,9,9 has a fairly tight ending though somewhat cliché with most of its plot points resolved (I refuse to acknowledge Alice in 999)
>VLR is winning
Some slack jaw autistic fag is probably making sure the objectively worst game of the two is going to win because they want to be a contrarian who appears right about something.
>worst game of the two
But VLR is the better game. Far better puzzle rooms plus multiple solutions.
>multiple solutions
Do you mean the golden files?
Personally, the thing I love the most about VLR is the cliffhanger ending and the trash heap sequel it has spawned.
Let's be honest here for a second.
999 is a standalone game and never needed any sequels. In fact, sequels only detract from it's greatness
Yes.
I don't know what possessed them to decide it needed sequels.
I nearly quit at the alien transporter thing but managed to hold on until ***** took off his Ray-Ban to show us his stupid purple eyes
I love 999 the most and it has the best visuals and I wish the other games had the same artstyle. Even if it meant sacrificing stuff like animations I would've preferred the original art.
That said, I really enjoyed VLR as an experience and I think Sigma is just as good of an MC, maybe even better than Junpei.
Yeah I don't know what they were thinking with the last puzzle I think it's the one thing everyone agree about how awful it is.
The only theory i have is that they were really proud of the flip your DS gimmick and didn't bother to make it more exciting in the remaster.
>I KIDNAPPED CHILDREN AND GOT SOME KILLED BECAUSE I JUST WANTED TO SEE FACES
sorry but the closed loop time travel shenanigans makes VLR my choice
999 is good but you have to be a fucking retard to think its better then VLR
It's played for a laugh Junpei immediately puts the tape back on his mouth as soon as he start rambling.
The real crime is the "My motives are... complex" in ZTD
vlr felt a bit too long
999 has more soul
I dislike the lifeless 3d models
I only read about them on lparchive, but I just found VLR to be far more interesting with all the plot twists, shame they bouched the sequel.
Ahhh, good old ZTD shitposting days.
I kinda disliked how they made using and tapping into the morphogenetic field easier with each sequel culminating in ZTD where everyone constantly zap around the place.
It's like powercreep in visual novel form
He was right.
999 is a great game start to finish. VLR starts out super interesting with cool puzzles but quickly drops the ball when things start feeling repetitive or even like cop-outs and the ending doesn't feel satisfying at all.
