Probably because Microsoft didn't have anything to do with Wasteland 3's production. They bought out the devs after they have already announced that this game was being made.

Steam says it was released yesterday, yet no reviews. I'd also like for more info to come out. For one, in an more mature roleplaying game you'd have to have proper dialogue, interpersonal relationships, sex and even romances. For now it seems like all W3 has is action and looting, and light dialogue. I need more than that before buying the game.

Actually it comes today 5pm pdt even on Steam.

Only review I saw said it was okay, too old-school for their taste (meaning not much evolution from other cRPGs) and a LOT of loading time

Depends on your timezone, but mine is already downloading and installing. I'm using GOG + Steam Proton with Linux's game hub.

Right ffs. It's 28:th here and Steam says It'll release on 27:th. I didn't notice the time zone at first. It's the most simple fucking thing in the world to just convert it into localized time, since they know it anyway. I fucking hate amateurish bs. like this.

The people who actually played wasteland 2 let everyone know 3 is going to be shit. I'm still going to pirate it and hope they got better at writing characters, designing levels, and designing boss encounters. I'm also hoping that they expand on their skill system because I like how the feats work. Very streamlined without being extremely dumbed down.
