Not him, but I recently got a gaming PC set up for cyberpunk2077 and its pretty great to play games I had played on console, now at 120fps while also looking much better than they did.
Not releasing games on PC is criminal. Just imagine how much better Ghost of Tsushima would look and play with higher graphical options and unlocked framerates.
