What was the biggest waste of money you ever did spend on a video game?

I bought Agents of Mayhem for full price. I have no idea why.
Fucking PS Vita.
The Last Remnant. Zig Forums blew the game forever and claimed it was one of the greatest, most challenging RPGs of all time. But it turns out it's just a clusterfuck of overwrought progression trees that are hidden from the player that is supposed to act as "complexity" and you have no way of knowing any of this shit aside from reading a wiki. I learned not to trust you fags after buying that game.
I was convinced to buy Destiny 2 on release.
Fuck me, that game is not fun even with friends and it sure as fuck not worth full release price.
I don't pay for games. My biggest waste of money was that one time when i bought a milkshake and it wasn't all that good, still okay though.
>I don't pay for games.
Don't worry, you'll eventually get friends and a job.
Overwatch. I don't really like PvP games or even FPS games, yet I bought this shit.
I was still considering getting a Vita because they hadn't ported the Atelier games and P4G to PC and I was starting to think they were never going to, but finally after YEARS they did it this year so I guess I don't have much reason to get a Vita anymore. Only one I can think of is Muramasa Rebirth but I guess there's always hope for a PC port these days.
$750 for path of exile
bought ff15 on ps4 full price and never played it
bought it again on steam with the dlc full price
still never played it
People like you are the reason that game is the way it is, instead of being a fucking proper ARPG.
It sounds like his milkshake didn't bring the boys to the yard, so perhaps not.
Guild Wars 2
>friend hypes it up for me
>LETS PLAY user, ILL LEVEL WITH YOU
>play with him once and never see him online again
I spent like $50 when I was around 12 on a CD-rom game that didn't even work. Ever since then I've mostly just pirated.
I bought Duke Nukem Forever.
Just die.
I never played this game but I thought the battle music was pretty good. I also like that it has a character named David and his friends call him Dave. Just such a normal name for a JRPG character.
That's a shame. That's actually kind of a fun game to casually play with a bro.
Halo 4, full price on release. Never even finished the campaign, what a fucking drag.
TLOU2 was one of them but then they refunded because of the Kung Flu.
Not before I find out if they're like, it's better than yours.
Hang on, do you mean he never signed on to the game again, or he just disappeared from your life completely? I'd be more concerned about what happened to him.
black and tenchu fatal shadows for ps2 when i was a kid. not enough content to justify full price
I don't get this meme. Do people actually care to wonder what happened to friends that just signed off one day and never logged back on?
Surprisingly no. I've never paid for a game before and was disappointed with my purchase.
But back in the day when I was younger I've rented plenty that fucking sucked.
If you don't care then I don't see why you considered them a friend in the first place, you sociopath.
Ass Creed 3 collectors edition. The tutorial was such a fucking slog to try and get through I lost interest by the time I got to playing as an adult Conor. Never bothered with an Ass Creed since.
Nearly $3k on LoL i regret nothing
the fact that this is even a question for you has me rather concerned for your mental state, user
Switch
Bought Fallout 76 on release for a friend's birthday.
He didn't even try it till a few weeks later when it was already half price.
Fuck. This. The only thing I don't regrets was getting the helmet too.
Dawn of War III on release day
kek made me audibly chuckle
Bought a few ps4 games earlier this year. Sony is uber anal about refunds huge waste. Felt like a loser because I couldn't enjoy it
Do you mean the Haytham tutorial or the Connor tutorial?
