No, 47 is a genetically engineered super assassin and Wick is just a normal guy. Sure, Wick kills hundreds of guys in the movies, but so can 47, and you can do this in the games, it's just that 47 doesn't want casualties.

The few hits of Wick you've seen him performed he pretty much just walked in, asked where his target was and then fucking shoot everybody.

Wick is a master of CQB. In a close quarters encounter wick would win but it would be as intense of a fight and as borderline stalemate as Wick vs. Cassian from the second movie, however, he's fucked if he goes up against Agent 47 with a sniper rifle.

John's weakness is being caught off guard with a single shot to the head from long distance, as we know from that time he got hit by a car or the time that someone was able to sneak up on him in a library, or that time he fought the ninjas in 3. 47 had better hope that sniper rifle round kills him in one shot though, because if wick can tank a single shot, he is basically going to win somehow, as he's very resillient. The moment wick thinks he's poisoned he'd just force himself to vomit it all up too, so that wouldn't work. Knowing him he'd taste the poison instantly, too.
