2017 was all the games planned for 2015, 2016 and 2017 all in one year. Nintendo don't have the staff to make games, they need to take like 4 development teams worth of staff to make 1 Zelda games, so instead of 4 games you are getting 1 Zelda game, this is basically true for all of their games these days too, so instead of 4 games you are getting 1 Mario game. Next gen you will probably see Nintendo have to choose whether their development teams are working on Zelda, Mario, Splatoon or Mario Kart, they won't be able to support even this meager amount of titles at one time.
