Every time I want to quit a get a small bump in viewers or a decent donation that pulls me back into believing I can make it in this fucking game. I'm 29 and all I've invested everything into a shitty stream that can barely get more than 300 viewers and $40 a night. I can't take it anymore.

Doing it solely to make money or get attention will wind up with you getting burnt out in the end. Doing it solely because you like making content will keep you going for the long haul. Plus, if you think that you can "make it big" on Youtube or Twitch at this point I have some oceanfront property to sell you. You would be better served getting started on Bitchute or DLive, because there is actual potential for growth there.

I keep debating on starting a Stream called "Office Hours" and answering K-12 school questions (for $2) with a female colleague while we play games. We'd go for about two hours and talk about education news/topics to pad out lack of audience participation
