Yes, enjoy your 8k that you need to put 6" away just to see the screen, literally can't tell the pixels from 4k anyway, with a device that produces a minimum of 20-50ms lag.
I'll wait for reviews. 8k has 4 times more pixels than 4k, and the RTX 3080 just barely seems to make a decent 4k card. I believe the hype above when I see it in third party vendor tests. They handpicked the games to that list and there's no way we see performance like that on average.
