Tanabe has already said IntSys are always seeking for new stuff for the next games so no sequel. You can only ask for a remake for both PM64 and TTYD with everything being the same except for the obvious improved graphics (even though TTYD already looked like a new game).

Paper Mario 64 would actually look pretty good with Origami King's engine. The way the characters move is more akin to that game than any of the others and if they redrew the old sprites instead of just using the Origami King artstyle the game would look beautiful.
