Capcom was actually worse, they bumped the prices up. The RE games were 20$ on X1/PS4/PC at launch, but when they ported them to the Switch they rose the price to 30$. Then for the DMC collection, they sold them seprately and charged 20$ a piece when they released together on other platforms at 40$
