Sony/Microsoft could stick a playstion/Xbox lagoon a cardboard box full of decaying rat corpses and loyalists would still buy it. They like to parrot the marketing bulletpoints for their chosen holy console but they don’t have a clue what these actually mean in practical terms so they have no real basis for comparison to any pc hardware.

I'd like a PC board so we could get some discussion whenever there are good ports, and the threads aren't stale and dead after years and years of going through the motions. Never had a console, but I mostly play ports and emulate anyhow.

I think the problem of exclusives is the fact that some games on PC are also exclusives. If at the very least mainstream ones like Dota, LoL, CSGO, RTSes, are also ported to consoles, maybe the other side would also bother sharing what they have.

The thing I'm curious about is whether 3080 would last you this whole console get for 1440p/60fps, or if we'll hit the usual trend of bloating PC requirements despite the games still running 'the same' on consoles.
