Coming from someone who has hundreds of hours on Wipeout OC, you're better off with BallisticNG, it's just a better game. You're not missing much especially considering BNG has custom music, ships and tracks. You can literally play any Wipeout game you want in BNG with better physics.

Every Japan Studios games should be on PC imo. Japan Studios and Insomniac are best PS first parties by the looks of it for now.

Just FYI the default ships are all cheap looking knockoffs of Wipeout ships and the default music is pretty generic so those are the first things you should replace (all the Wipeout ships are in the steam workshop) but all the default tracks are amazing. There are also a ton of good ones by some guy named like Enai or something, you'll find his stuff in the workshop easily enough.

Nintendo games are already on PC tough. Thanks to emulations.
