I just want it to be real. We've never had a good Journey to the West game. People always love to point to Enslaved, but as the only person Zig Forums who actually played Enslaved, I can assure you that it isn't anything like Journey and it's also quite janky as fuck.

Surprised that you can't level up throwing. It's in the game as a mechanic but I haven't seen any neurons pop up related to it no matter how much I throw rocks at bee hives.

I haven't tried flinging at predators, but I imagine it just prompts them to attack you anyway so you can use your pointy stick

So do you guys explore new areas by yourself, bring an ape buddy, or do you bring your whole clan with you?
I take my time and craft two sticks for every ape in the clan and we all go out and explore together. If a fucking Puma thinks he's getting a free meal, I go fucking ham on them and hunt them down for even looking at me.
