Check your map. Explore the paths that seem to lead to somewhere but you haven't revealed yet. It's not that hard dude, that's how you finish all metroidvanias. Also you should beat grimm.

You didn't played the game fuck off. One of them understands it's strengths and doesn't overstay it's welcome while other one consists of pointless backtracking and meaningless exploration. That being said Ori 1 isn't even good compared to Ori 2 which is god tier.

If you had explored all the map you'd have more than enough essence for the dream nail. Try to guess where there would be room for more areas. A frequently overlooked area by casuals who can't into getting a clue despite it being extremely obvious is the hive bottom right of the map, but you missed a lot more if you didn't find dream warriors.

Just google it if you’re really so stuck. You miss out on the satisfaction of discovering things on your own but you save yourself from spending hours combing the map.

Most games with button mashing. I can't do it. Like, I physically can't do it, and I don't know why. I think the PS2 God of War games were the worst of it for me. I couldn't beat the Hydra boss in the first level- not cause it was hard, but because there was a sequence where you had to mash a button, and for the life of me I couldn't hit it quick enough in the way that they wanted it. I even adjusted the game down to easy difficulty just to see if I sucked, but that wasn't the problem. My fingers just could not do the thing they asked for.

Am I crazy? I tried playing Ori 2 on my xbone and on my pc and it ran like absolute garbage on both platforms.

The game had bad performance at release on some PC setups, you're not crazy. Though you're a bit crazy for thinking a game running badly on a console isn't the expected result. That's what consoles are for.

It was almost as bad on my Xbox as my pc. Maybe they've patched it by now, I liked the first a lot. The tutorial section had such low framerate it was unplayable. I have one of the newer xboxes but maybe it's not the xbox x or whatever. I got it for free

It wasn't that bad for me but the performance definitely improved after a few patches. Maybe try it now. Maybe your PC is just too weak, it is more demanding than the 1st game.

I run most modern games on medium/high so I was surprised it ran so bad, but I only tried it the day it came out. I'll try it again tonight though if it's improved with patches, thanks.

I think in nuGOW they had an accessibility option where you can just hold the button instead of mashing
