It's a triple A game like they don't do them anymore. Play it like you'd read a book. Take your time and play it in comfort. Keep it for yourself as much as you can through the story.

Always laughed at the Kojima threads, but this game gave me a new perspective on video games and their future. It makes me want to replay MGS games, I think I was too young to grasp what I actualy played.

Be aware that the topic of the game is extremely taboo for some people and will trigger BTs.

I'd say it's closer to just wandering around in RDR2. I do that a lot.. but the problem is in RDR2 you have a ton of other things to do while wandering around. Death Stranding doesn't really have anything to do while walking around except balance your weight, pick up more objects to deliver, avoid enemies if you see them (even human enemies because the combat is absolutely awful), and look at the pretty sights.
It's a very "chill" kinda game.

Already bought it two times but i don't recommend it if you don't enjoy kojima's bullshit (MGS 4) because if you did you will have a memorable 10/10 experience

By the way OP, the port is incredibly well optimized and it has great graphics. There's a reason NVIDIA uses this game when talking about 8K.

modders are really slacking with Horizon and Death Stranding, not a single nude mod yet.
I can't recall any "no fun allowed" in DS, but I also haven't beaten it yet desu. From my few dozen hours it doesn't seem to do anything like that. I mean, if you fuck up and get caught by enemies or fall into water and your shit goes drifting off into the sea, you're not permanently penalized for it. You can't even really "die" in this game.

I think you'd miss alot of what the game is trying to convey if you're mixing podcast at least while finishing the main story. Else effectively it would be the perfect game to do so.

You get railroaded hard at the end but it's nothing bad. Just be warned that when you get to california be prepared to play the last few hours straight in one sitting.
