Yeah just bought the ps4 version.

Didn't arrive yet but I've got a few ideas for meme games, I think that's the best use for a console version of this. Would be nice if they had console exclusive asset packs.

Like a mario asset pack for switch & a gravity rush one for ps4.

who? I always fucked around with rpg maker, Im no story teller but I can draw well enough. I wouldnt mind making some money on the side to make some cool stuff.

Then start a patreon.
If everything goes well you'll be able to make a living without ever releasing a game.

Not if you wanna achieve the previous 2 points. Zig Forums (for porn games) is mostly poorfags. You can use them as your community to spread the game and get it interested in other communities, but you can't make profit solely off of Zig Forums.

Well really, it's mostly just sub-groups on Twitter and select niche forums.
For example, if you wanna make a game about fat fetish, you wanna interact with various members of the fat fetish art community on Twitter and shill it on weightgaming.
If you make a game about big tits or tits getting bigger, you wanna just shill it to various people on Twitter who draw or like that shit and Chounyuu forums, if it's still up.
Etc.

What's the point of RPG maker on the switch? How can you play the games other people make? How do you import custom assets?

You can download them from the main menu and there's a free app just for playing games people have made.

You can't, but the character generator is still in. Custom assets are nice but I see the lack of them as a challenge, trying to work with what I've got. Like Tony Stark and his box of scraps.

You don't even have to make a game. Just sell your art to a developer who can't draw.

Can you "export" your switch RPG maker games to the PC? I just don't see the appeal since you have limited customization, can't do much messing with the combat systems (to my knowledge), can't add in your own assets, and can't make it pornographic. Though potentially being able to play all the games others make could be fun, I guess.
