I like the idea of him having a weird as fuck super that prevents your opponent from tagging in a character for 15 seconds.
And I like the fact that he can't super dash (and I think he can't party either, sidesteps instead)
Oddball characters require commitment to learn and are harder for tiershitters to exploit.

I'm not the best at FighterZ, in fact I haven't played it in months - but I respect the attention to detail Arcsys has put into the game, trying to make the gameplay competitively functional while simultaneously meeting all the demands of the obsessive fanbase that will immolate themselves in front of Arcsys studios HQ if a character does anything out of canon.

Pretty certain Majin Vegeta's moveset is largely present in SSJ Vegeta already - since the rapid ki barrage thing is his main schtick.
I honestly don't have a problem with new versions of characters as long as they play differently enough to justify their existence and also that non-clone characters exist to offset the visual monotony.
Personally I would prefer a cap or a mode that prevents multiple versions of the same character on the same team - but that's just me. Also I'd want Fasha with a Shermie/Blue Mary inspired moveset.
