I honestly agreed with most of his points, galaxy seems to be in a sore spot where it isn’t as open as 64 and sunshine but it also doesn’t have as focused level design as 3d world, also, the rewards are never as interesting as they are in 64, sunshine, or even 3d world, at least 3d world has stamps and green stars.

Agreed. It's the worst 3D mario, even worse than galaxy 2 because at least galaxy 2 has creative level design. Galaxy 1 is ugly spherical planetoids and rehashes worlds and enemies from 64 and sunshine.
