that river area with the whirlpools is so cool.

given how many TOP 10 WORST LEVELS clickbaits over the 00's and 10's had the water temple high up there even though it's not even as complicated as early dungeons in a game like alrundra (the actual LTTP successor) I think the water temple filtered "boomies" just as much

you dont have to be a zoomer to hate the water temple

>Alundra
You are my friend now.
Ice puzzles are fun

The problem wasn't that it was complicated. It was just tedious.

I think most people missed the key under the platform in the middle of the temple (B on the pic in OP), and ended up circling through the temple over and over raising and lowering the water, looking for the 1 key they were missing.

This is generally it. And changing said levels is a tedious process. It's actually a really nice dungeon with a cool aesthetic and music.

>that guy who thought that you could make the dungeon impossible by not using keys correctly

Do normalfags really?

>Children's game
>filtering anybody

Fire Temple in OoT is fucking five times worse than the Water Temple.

The Water Temple really wasn't hard. It was just tedious.
Also, zoomers love Ocarina of Time.

shrines>dungeons
deal with it

Yeah but it has a great theme if you're a chad with an early copy of OoT.

Why does Zig Forums constantly shill isometric pseudo-3d garbage?

I love these 3D maps. Show me more from OoT

>people originally hated the water temple because it was tedious due to the iron boots and changing the water level
>retards, bandwagoners, posers, and mainstream pop culture consumers misinterpreted frustration for difficulty and challenge

I played OoT once when it came out and the only annoying thing I remember about this place was there was a door I couldn't see. Like it was in the floor or behind something. My point is I never figured out why people hate this place so much.

the dark link fight unironically confused me and I was a teen when I played it

That's literally the part that filtered everyone though, if you're referring to the area at the bottom of the central pillar that can only be accessed when you raise the water level from inside it.

Read the thread. The key you mentioned, going around and adjusting the water levels is tedious for a few reasons, but isn't bad once you know the layout on a replay, and the constant jumping into the menu to swap boots. The dungeon is downright enjoyable in OoT due to the Iron Boots just being an item in the inventory.

The Song of Time block behind the Longshot chest will never not make me mad. I mean, sure, I know about it NOW, but god damn, returning there later is tedious as fuck the first time.

the 10 years old me beat this temple with an extra silver key

Don't you not even need to go that way to get anything except some Skulltulas? I can't remember if the chest at the end has a key in it.

is this habbo hotel

I still don't know how exactly you beat dark link without just cheeseing him the the hammer or dins fire.

>That shadow link battle
Gives me chills man.

it was essential IIRC
