For starters, is not cheese.

a little more than half a pound with a scoop or two of rice from the cooker twice a day, then bananas/oranges/peanuts/almonds whenever, but the bulk of what i'm eating right now is chicken and rice. Eating that much lean meat stuffs you up and kinda kills the cravings and a few months of keeping it up and it becomes routine/normal not to want to just eat trash all the time. That's how it worked for me.

Fancy Feast is a rip off. Smaller cans, less food, more money. Tasty Treasures is where it's at.
