No one can. If Asura gets sealed, he'll break out. If he gets killed, he'll climb his way back out of the afterlife. Asura dies three separate times in Asura's Wrath. None of his deaths stop him. In comparison he only has to kill his enemies ONCE.

Asura is in that weird space like Raziel from Legacy of Kain where he can't really die. He just keeps coming back. So how do you actually determine what can "beat" a character like that. Also, Asura would actually need probably cause to fight. And super powerful video game characters like Bayonetta, Kirby, or Dante aren't going to kidnap a child. Asura is all dad rage, if his daughter isn't in jeopardy I don't think he's all that powerful.

She is (Arche)Type Earth. And yes.
That said her power comes from the World which strictly speaking is supposed mean Earth rather than the whole cosmos, so someone like Asura who can break planets to possibly the universe is probably too much for her, again unless factoring in scaling from FGO which is a whole can of worms that can't really be confirmed yet.

A better TM match-up for him would be Kanata since she did basically the same thing, flying through the cosmos, breaking celestial bodies in an effort to destroy a whole universe and repeatedly coming back from death.

So? Yasha himself realized only Asura can pull if off because his anger is what will make him see it through. Yasha's power feeds from melancholia. He is extremely powerful but he isn't as determined as Asura because his own pain is what fuels him.
