We need to go much further back. Make it so undead are never a Horde race but a hostile faction of monstrous undead. Horde is Orcs, Tauren, Goblins and Trolls.

Shes the heir to the throne and how does being related to someone mean they would reject them? Ner'Zhul an Orc of the Old Horde someone who happily served Kil'Jaeden with other Orcs of the Old Horde is the entire reason Arthas turned.

The Forsaken and High Elves also fight with people who have killed their own and ruined their livelihoods. The Undead should hate the Horde more than anyone else logically and the Belves/Helves should too.
