No, there are several missing, Supernatural for one. It's the most hated of Sims 3 for some reason but I NEED WEERWOLVES, the hollywood Sims 4 expansion was poorly done, being an actor is fine but being a musician, magician, etc is awful compared to Late Night and the katy perry one. There is no into the future neither, which was pretty good, still no generations expansion, there is the parenthood one which is... nice I guess, but Sims 3 literally made elders interesting, in Sims 4 you might as well kill all boomers since they are boring.
Oddly enough we still don't have anything like ambition, the first one "get to work" was really nice for doctor, detective and sellsman, but that's it. Ambition did it so much better and being a ghost hunter, stylist, actual fashion designer instead of just selling in a boutique, etc was fun.
Most importantly, Sims 4 still doesn't have cars, the only way to have them at least for decoration or in the street it's to grab kids toy cars and make them bigger through console commands.

When you open "her" with CAS she has a customized gender option, meaning she's trans or non binary, the fact that her default options are "Can get other pregnant" makes "her" trans by default, since it means there is a penis there. Normal female sims have "can get pregnant" or "can't get pregnant" if she's sterile or a trans woman that chopped "her" dick off.

Depends on who you ask because of how they treat the game.
It's like this, ALL sims have have 3 initial loading screens.
1. For opening the game (Sims 4 has the shortest, Sims 2 is sort of long, Sims 3 takes years)
2. For loading your save (Sims 3 takes AGES, FUCKING AGES, Sims 2 takes a short time, Sims 4 takes a bit longer than Sims 2 because you can easily change Neighbourhood)
3. For neighbourhood (Sims 4 has no loading time here because it loads them all at once, Sims 2 takes ages if you never opened that neighbourhood before, Sims 3 taks years)
After that, you pick a family, another loading screen, Sims 2 has the shorterst, Sims 4 is short, Sims 3 takes years.
The thing is that, after all the years of waiting, Sims 3 doesn't have any loading screen for:
> Neighbours houses
> Parks
> Restaurants and shops
> Beaches
etc etc, so it's kinda pefect in this way, the problem is the performance is really bad, and it still has to load, it's just that it dos it while playing the game, so you click on the world an the mouse turns on the waiting spinning wheel, but you don't get a loading screen.
Sims 4 needs gives you a loading screen every time you exist your house + neighbourhood, so you want to visit a neighbour? Loading screen, pretty short tho. Wanna visit a park in the same world your Sim is like in Sims 3? Loading screen. They are fast but I can see why people would find it annoying.
So I'd say Sims 4 wins in loading screen because by the time Sims 3 ends up loading you don't want to play anymore, and you can put the windowed fullscreen option so you can shitpost in Zig Forums whiel Sims 4 loads.

Not an entire town, just a square, like, the 7 houses of your lot plus a mini park and stuff like that.
This is the Journey to Baatu resistance forest for example, you cane explore all of it without a loading screen

I loved making homeless playthroughs in Sims 3, with Sims 4 it kinda loses most of its charm but it's still a semi-open world so it's still possible

They are glorious and extremely easy to use. I reinstalled Sims 3 a week ago to try the sex mods, not only are they confusing and awful but the animations are lame.
Here in Sims 4 controlling them is super easy, even easier installing them and putting settings on it. IMHO the sex mods are better than Skyrim.
