The movie was garbage because it translated a lot of the comic panel by panel which sounds cool but doesn't work, very flashy stylized CG mixed with IRL looks awkward and some of the "timing" of jokes doesn't translate as well
The comic is a lot less awkward but still has the same sense of humour, and the game is a 4 player River City Ransom / Turtles in Time beatemup with a soundtrack by Anamanaguchi
Turtles in Time in that you play 4 characters and run through a linear level to beat up a beatstick boss enemy at the end, RCR in that there's physics based weapons and throws, and upgrades in shops along the way
It gets really really repetitive in the later levels but it's good
