Fallout 3 is supposed to be shit. It's a shit game in every way imaginable, and yet there is objective video proof proving otherwise.
I literally can't handle it. Not even New Vegas seems as enjoyable anymore.

Never had problem with FO3 except the dumb main quest where you're the side character and your father is the main hero (basically Oblivion with guns). The side quests are fun though.

You end up losing out on multiple merchants, a companion, various side and unmarked quests, and you kill 2 (two) "unkillable" children in the process

fucking this. I don't recall any other game, Fallout or otherwise, that lets the player make such a drastic, world changing decision like this.
Not even New Vegas in all its glory gives the player such freedom to invoke their will upon the world without resorting to slideshows that you don't get to actually experience.
