But it literally did. I was stuck on the graveyard/tomb puzzle in Septerra Core years ago. The first video showed how to get past the first door and switch, the next video was just after the graveyard. I was so angry I stopped playing for a week. Turns out it was just a bug that fixed itself after loading an earlier save. God damn was that game a mess.
