What does Zig Forums think of control?

The gameplay itself is pretty fun but it totally lack enemy variety. Story is meh, not anything to write home about.

This. It feels more like a very looong demo. It's not bad but lacks variety of everything and the story is just meh. Also they fucked up the model of the actress, irl she is way more hot.

the backstory involving the slide projector, the mutated/enthralled kids, the "mother," and polaris sounded like it'd have made a better game. Jesse also looks like she's had a stroke during dialogue.

I liked the stuff with the board and former. I wish there was more of that

Very cool concept, would’ve liked more variety in the locales but it’s understandable
Gunplay is fine, nothing special
Powers are cool, although Launch kind of feels OP, to the point where at the end I would spam it more often than I would use my gun
Enemy variety was fucking awful, for a game about fighting extra dimensional threats you fight way too many security guards
Story was decent, ending was a bit abrupt and I never really got attached to Jesse as a character
Great visuals, especially particle effects

It's there, but it's such a shallow game it's not learned on heavily.

Gameplays a lot of fun. Story doesn't have an ending. It's written like the first episode of a TV series and never comes to much. Which is a shame because it has immense potential. Was pretty easy to break the game but optional areas were completely busted difficulty wise and not even fun to attempt.

Bosses are a mess. Who is Tomasi even shown as a boss to never appear again outside of a side mission?

What do you want to see in Alan Wake 2?

>Better combat and less reliance on janky dodge

>Expanding on how the soon-to-be-12 years of isolation and reality warping has affected the world
>Doing something with Mr. Scratch
>The FBC appearing
>Creative level design that utilizes Wake's abilities
>Some sort of conclusion to the whole Evil Dark Bad thing
>Alan Wake getting a happy ending
