So why didn't TOK have a rampant defense force on Zig Forums like the Mario 3D All Stars Collection?

because there was a lot less time between reveal and release for the defense force to build up, there was a smaller one on other websites of people saying TTYD fans are "toxic" and "just want the same game over and over again", along with the same group of retards saying that there being no exp or reason to fight enemies was a good thing because "muh grinding" even though you never had to grind in paper mario unless you were a braindead idiot.

Mario 3D All Stars was just a rumor until it got revealed a week ago, and it's releasing next week. Nu-Paper Mario has had 2 games for its defense force to build up, plus the 2 months between reveal and release. Not to mention that TOK was also rumored for the longest time, even if it was "supposed to be a return to form". Needless to say, the modern Paper Mario defense force should be rampant on Zig Forums by this point if the Link's Awakening remake and 3D All Stars are anything to go by.
