Jak 2 was longer, with a more fleshed out and interesting world, an actual fucking challenge, great cutscenes with lovable characters and amazing moments. Anyone shitting on it was raped by the game on release, it's actually the best game ND ever created.

The first one I replayed the least, I’m just not as into as it as 2 or 3, but I get why people say it’s a better game.
2 is my favourite, just because of the challenge, I don’t think I’m some game expert or anything but I never found Jak 2 really hard, it’s just the right challenge for me maybe because I replayed it so many times.
3 definitely has a lot of variety to the machines, I love the level select for that game because of that, I loved the weapon variety in the game, and it was a satisfying conclusion to the story but it was just a little too easy.
The sewer one? It’s a little annoying but it’s short
I played GTA 3 and Vice City with my dad all the time though at the same time I was playing Jak 2

I loved the setting, the atmosphere, the music. I was obsessed with the game when it first came out,
I was really into Jak and Daxter too when it came out, read all the interviews with the devs in PlayStation Magazine but Jak 2 was something else.

You drive and shoot guns so the kiddos that couldn’t escape the slums just say it’s a shitty GTA clone

Game was great but I'm still pissed about keira cute face looking horrible when compared to her model in 1.

people who think jak peaked in the first game are the same people pre-ordering the new mario bundle. everyone else who grew up prefers the second and even third games.

Jak 1 just feels a lot better gameplay wise, and I don't know what it is but Jak in 2 just feels really stiff.

Both of them were attempts to chase trends. If they had stayed committed maybe they would have eventually made a better formula. instead we get gta glued on but without any of the adult charm or wacky violence of the gta world.

Kek, yeah Jak 1 is great but Jak 2 expanded on it so much and took it in a better direction. I love every game in the series, even X and Daxter but if it weren’t for Jak 2 I don’t think the series would have gotten as big as it did
No way, Jak 3 was definitely the peak of the series gameplay wise. The controls were just so good. Jak 2 is still my favourite but there’s no doubt that Jak 3 was just the best control wise
