I played some 1 semi-recently and I still prefer Harbor over Citadel. Though Citadel is a good map.
1 had some great maps, honestly. And even the worst ones still had soul in them. It makes me sad that aerial combat was traded off in 2 and separated into space battles.

Droids were so fucking OP in BF1.
Played Geonosis on hard mode on my old xbox. The only way I could win is by being a pilot, taking the gunship, refusing passengers, and sniping droidekas that were rolling toward my troops the entire time.
Even then it would end up 100 CIS tickets vs my last 1 Republic ticket.
Thank goodness the Republic base isn't capturable on that map. So long as you keep their vehicles away from blowing it up.

SBD was blatantly superior to all the other riflemen, the wrist blaster was 100% accurate even if you held it down for like 10 seconds, whereas the other guys' guns turned into a hose after like 2. In 2 they nerfed it so that it fired way slower.
