>Even though Katsura Hashino no longer helms the franchise, the desire to expand beyond Japan still remains among the new and existing team members, some of whom have been working on Persona for years. That original Persona 5 pitch may have been an early development concept, but remnants of this framework still permeate throughout the final game as well as the Persona 5 Scramble spin-off/sequel. While the Phantom Thieves story will be contained to Persona 5's universe, Persona 6 may continue the idea of expanding outside of Japan.
>Persona 6 is reportedly in development.
Which country do you want Persona 6 to be in?

Knowing the deep japanese root the Persona series ahs the next MC will definitely still be another japanese guy. They might be using an exchange student angle.
>You will now be able to waifu a bunch of different race girls
Hell fucking yeah

Persona 6: New York

What would hitlers shadow/persona be?
Dystopian George Oswell like Japan ruled by American
Only if you don't switch to dub
Persona 5 felt very French. It could easily have been set in Paris sans the hordes of black and brown people who now occupied it.
I'd be so fucking down for that. No lie.
I wish it mattered, I wish Persona games tied into their world more than they do. The games very rarely intersect each other outside of spinoffs.
It'd be nice to see the world itself matter, like have a major throughline in the story.
>Persona 6 set in American school
>Get shot.
>burgers thinking their academic environment is good for a wholesome game
Lmaoing at you
It was Nyarlathotep in Persona 2
Yeah because reality is a hurdle for japs. It's not like they think modern London is still in victorian era culturally. Retard.
Persona timeline is always set in the year the game is being developed at. So no going back in time.
meant for
Seethe and cope
1990's Saint Petersburg, Russia
This would be cool I think, there's lots of potential in the idea involving a series of smaller towns and different social links. Maybe each locaiton you go to is only 3 months or something and you only have a limited time to socialize with people of each area. I do agree that the high school concept is getting a little bit tired, they could 100% branch out and try something a little different as long as series convention is still held in other ways. I don't think the Japanese high school environment is completely integral to this series
cope, and I'm not even american
ANTARTICA
Atlus should make a game in the Stranding genre?
Persona 6 will be set in Sweden or Germany and the Protagonist will be Refugee.
