Sure its not a real super workout but its better than literally nothing, the gamification is great if you're someone who hates solo workouts. My gf was going to pretty intense pilates classes 4-5 times a week until covid because she absolutely cannot workout if its not in a group/class setting. She started to have some back pains from being very active to almost nothing at all so I got one of these and its been great. She actually likes doing it solo and its helped her back get back to normal.

Inb4 "just walk more" and shit like that. It's texas, its like 105 every god damn day.

It's a good way to lose weight, because reinforces exercise with fun.
You're not going to get full Hulk Hogan, but you might lose a kilo or two after some weeks.

If you wanna get big it's not the game for you. If you just wanna get toned it's perfect especially if you have a pull up bar for arms. But calisthenics are totally okay for legs and arms.

Technically it is, it's just not considered enough by professionals for complete exercising

My gf is using it 3 times a week for 20 minutes for 4 months by now. She has literally developed abs, not big one but still noticable. She also developed visible arm strength and what gives me even more joy because of the squats she is doing her ass developed tremondously
And we do more sport in general now mostly hicking something we both enjoy now because hse is able to hike for atleast 1 hours over mountains without taking a sweat

I can only recommand it to everybody who want to make excerices but beware: If yu dont take it seriously and if you dont do it atleast 3 times a week you will have nothong out of it

I almost died when I did them first but now they're easy. Leg raises are better for abs anyway. for postures do push ups.

The only reason I exercise is because it's basically a thinly veiled way at self harm but actually with possible benefits at the end.

I do, but people use pull up bars for lat training, you buy a pull up bar SPECIFICALLY because training your lats is one of the muscles difficult to train without extra equipment.
