Their dev team, apart from the core 3 + Christodoulou, is like 30ish people, 50 if you include the console porters, Play Every Ware. The rest, consisting of the majority (like double or triple the base team), are various Gearbox employees, mostly QA, and I'm not convinced they did a thorough job.
