it's not my internet, I have 4GB internet and it works perfectly fine with everything but the switch, said switch will only download if the screen is on, you can't blame that on internet.

set a bunch of stuff to download, put it on dock, walk away. 2 days later go to play, none of it downloaded past 1%
It's usually faster downloading in the dock in sleep mode

I never asked what you're specific problem is because you're obviously describing it wrong. I set games to download and they finish. Don't touch it and it's fine.
My download speed is between 16 and 34 MB/s, depending on the ''mood''. :(

The wireless on the switch is pretty terrible. Even playing local wireless you get a lot of instability.
its a real problem, if you dont set it to sleep mode manually and let it sleep itself it will fail downloads often, and my net is shit but also does it at friends house with 1000/1000

Out of all my systems (PS4 pro, Xbox S, Switch). The switch has the fastest download speeds, the game sizes are so small.

I put something to download put the system in sleep mode and when i comeback it doesnt start moving until i wake it up. I checked all the settings and theyre fine.
If i dont baby the console and have it on it wont download shit
then sometimes it works fine
I downloaded MK11 recently and had to keep it docked and have the TV on while i set the system to never go on sleep mode. Otherwise it didn't download shit.

In my experience, my PS4 is generally faster than my Switch at downloading games. Neither are as bad as Steam though, for some reason on Steam games just suddenly stop downloading sometimes for minutes at a time.
Switch has genuinely bad internet reception.
I can use wifi on my old 3DS and PS3 just fine, but my Switch refuses to get signal even if it's at the same distance as those two.
Be a good goy and buy an Ethernet adapter or keep your Switch right next to your modem when downloading stuff.

That's the opposite to most people's experiences. Usually the ps4 is the slowest, Switch is the medium one and Steam is the fastest.
