Well it's true.
Could easily be sorted if the banks bought off landlords' properties or settled their outstanding mortgages and offered mortgages to first time buyers.
Would make more money for them in the long run aswell.
Landlords are faggots, but so are Animal Crossing players, so I'm torn here.
that fact isnt wrong
Land lords need to be canceled.
Not wrong, but the person who made this is probably a tranny
the person themselves is cringe and tranny, but the message is 100% accurate.
When did Zig Forums become filled with chapo trannies?
i and i sit upon the mountaintop, oo yeah, and watch babylon falling.
t. seething porky
Then who provides housing? Who is the one who risks thousands or millions of dollars to build housing and why shouldn't they have the right to make money off of their investment?
poorfags make good lefties.
You have literally no understanding of housing economics do you?
I wanna fuck tranny in the ass until xir dies from internal anal bleeding.
>buy a piece of land
>buy/construct a house/apartment
>put it for rent for whoever interested
>that's somehow bad
ITT gibs me dat
>risks
Who the fuck wouldn‘t do it? It‘s just a matter of getting the money to begin with
in California(yes, the big nono state, boohoo sjws trannies seethe dilate hurr durr) there is numerous demand for housing inc alifornia, both from incoming emigrants and the people just trying to live there already. Where I live is a fly by night town in podunk nowhere more than 120 miles from the bay area, and yet a 1 bedroom apartment costs more than $1100 a month. Tell me how boomers arent ruining the market on cheap and easy land speculation
And you would expect a return on your investment, vright? Otherwise why do it in the first place? For fun?
>who provides housing
the undocumented immigrants that actually built it, not the landlord
Yes
> in economics, rent-seeking means seeking to increase one's share of existing wealth without creating new wealth.[1] Rent-seeking results in reduced economic efficiency through misallocation of resources, reduced wealth-creation, lost government revenue, heightened income inequality,[2] and potential national decline. Attempts at capture of regulatory agencies to gain a coercive monopoly
And who's paying those undocumented immigrants to build them, user? Surely they aren't doing it for fun.
And that's why communism will never work. It's illogical.
I looked at it for one second and yeah.
I'm not gonna read that all shit
Okay how does this translate to free housing for everyone?
One of the first games I played. It was pretty fun.
who mentioned that?
You implied it. Someone has to make money off of an investment, otherwise it wouldn't exist in the first place.
They are working so their landlord can vacuum up 60% of their income and use it to buy more properties to siphon money from more people
That's unfortunate. If they hate landlords they should sleep on the street instead of moving into investments.
