I find it hard to rate in these threads because there's so many games I've technically "played" but not enough to really pass judgement on.

Maybe you could say that the fact the game didn't capture your attention long enough means that you didn't like it.

They're called fatlus not thintlus

For anything I didn't rate, I never played it. That's why I only put "+ and /", but not "-".

You can play like a few hours of a game and judge it, disregard people who seethe and say shit like
>x route is much better
>it get better when you unlock the hard mode
>the story picks up after x chapter

8/9, I feel like playing an Armored Core right now. Should check out Terra Nova: Strike Force Centauri if you want to play an underrated and decent mech game.
5/6, nice seeing live a live
4/6, play Hit the Road if you haven't already. Check out the other Lucasarts games such as Loom
5/6, always nice seeing Einhander
3/5, you should check out the x-wing and tie games as well as Rogue Squadron for the fun of it

5/5
7/8, didn't love Haunting Ground but still nice seeing it. I'm sure you have already played a Fatal Frame but if not, check it out.

Well, the appeal starts with the design and music, but then you get good and the game is pretty fun without stopping all the time
But really, the appeal isn't just the gameplay, everything else is pretty good too.

Oh man, sad to hear that. Give it another shot if you ever feel like! Its a pretty short game
Do it! AC is great! Never played any other AC game tho. I'll check out Terra Nova someday! Thanks

>Oh man, sad to hear that. Give it another shot if you ever feel like! Its a pretty short game
Guessing you're talking about Pikmin. I've been thinking about giving it another shot. I think something about the art direction just put me off back in the day.

Oh, I think that it has a pretty unique art direction. It is pretty nice that it is one big map that kinda blends bosses, regular enemies and obstacles in a natural way. I don't know, maybe the graphics being kinda bad and aiming for a kind of realistic art style can be off putting?

how can you like a game if you haven't played it ahahahahahahahahaha

I don't think there's anything objectively wrong with the art direction, I even usually like "weird" looking games, I guess it just didn't click with me for whatever reason. That might change when I come around to giving it another go though.

Alright, good luck with that then.
