I've done everything I care to do in the first game.
Just think of it like a DLC, its not like theres progression in the games anyways.

I think some streamers got it early, I know Northernlion and some of his friends did.

It's been out for ~7 hours in the UK. I'm really loving it so far. It's pretty much Spelunky 1 but with shittons of new enemies, items, environments, mechanics, secrets, etc. Nothing crazy or revolutionary, but as a huge fan of the original, it's everything I wanted and was hoping for. If the original is anything to go by, I expect it to be my most played game this year by a considerable margin.

I don't understand the logic of exclusivity deals on an effectively obsolete console. It's only a couple of weeks but it still seems retarded.

Meanwhile activision is dumping the new crash game to die there
